** Sue is closing her practice and not taking clients**

** Sue is no longer taking new (or previous) ‘law’ nor mediation clients**  Her practice is closed to any matters not being currently addressed.

If you are a previous client that needs to contact Sue, please email her at her other business (emails not always addressed daily):

sue@acuriouscalm

Contact Sue by completing the following form.   It is important that you understand the way our legal relationship works: YOU ARE NOT A CLIENT UNTIL:
1) I schedule and conduct an initial consultation or screening for you; and your spouse also agrees that they are willing to participate in a mediation screening appointment with me;
2) you pay the agreed-upon rate for our consultation, and
3) we determine it is likely that we can work together successfully. If more than an initial consultation is required, it will be further necessary for:
4) both of us to execute a Retainer Agreement, to agree upon the services that I will provide to you, in exchange for
5)you providing retainer (by e-transfer), AND all of the other documents and information that you need to provide to help me provide you and your separation spouse with the best mediation services possible.

To make services convenient for you, I will conduct  Zoom consultations on the condition that you first provide Sue with a copy of your government issued photo ID with current address, and the funds requested after discussing the scope of services to be provided. (I cannot guarantee perfectly working connections at all times).

** Please be aware that I rarely check this email daily, as I am now practicing in my acupuncture practice most days.  I will, however, try to check at least a couple of times weekly, so if you have not heard back within 48 hours during business hours, please follow up as I may not have seen your email.

I would be happy to discuss what services make the best sense for you.
